Federal Judge Refuses To Block SF’s Ban On High Capacity Gun Magazines

Saw this in the paper today.
    Link:
A federal judge in San Francisco today refused to block a new city law that bans possession of high-capacity gun magazines that hold more than 10 automatically reloading bullets.

Fellow Calgumners: "IF" you lived in SF, are you planning to turn-in your mag's that hold more than 10 rounds?

(If there are no more appeals or if any other appeals fail)

So why is he refusing to stop the band? Are people dying in the streets? Is it the Bay area Ukaine?
The liberal see's the glass as half full and tries to take more.
The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!

Litigation threads go to the 2A Litigation and Legal Discussion forum - the existing thread there was started by the lawyers who brought suit against SF - can't get better info than that.
