Obviously gun laws (and traffic laws, public assembly laws, and assaulting an officer laws) are selective enforced in Oakland. Some groups are given a pass, and some groups (like us) are held to every letter of the law.
I am sure that if there were any gun violations at an NRA meeting, or a Tea Party rally, there would be a swift and unsparing law enforcement response. If a group tried to shut down a freeway for a Tea Party rally, the list of charges would go on for pages. But some other groups in Oakland are not under any such scrutiny, apparently.
