The Anti's main argument: "Now the cops have to give guns to gang members!"
Unfortunately Gene didn't respond that gang members don't apply for CCW, and that criminals don't obey laws anyway. Unfortunately that always has to be the #1 thing said in every argument with an anti, since they never fail to argue that guns=crime.

Rosenthall (the anti) makes the same errors in logic as the minority opinion, claiming that the court didn't answer the question presented to them. He suggests that if anything, in light of the historical precedence the court cited, the court should have struck down the open carry ban. Problem is the open carry law was not contested so the court couldn't strike it down. If they had, they really would've answered a question not presented to them.
