Change the "13" to "14" in the URL - if you get something, it exists.

Otherwise, you'll have to wait for the AG to direct that it be made up.

Or, you could try this sticky thread in the Politics and Activism forum to see if it meets your need -- http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=862423

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Ye, I tried changing the URL before and didnt get anything so I figured I'll ask and see if anyone knows of something similar. I just need the Penal Code that says that Long Guns don't need a Proof of Residence updated for 2014.

            AB 809, of course: http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/fa...arch_keywords=

            You want amended 28160
            28160.
            (a) Until January 1, 2014, for handguns, and thereafter for all firearms, the register or record of electronic transfer shall include all of the following information:
            And 26845
            26845.
            (a) No handgun may be delivered unless the purchaser, transferee, or person being loaned the firearm presents documentation indicating that the person is a California resident.
            (b) Satisfactory documentation shall include a utility bill from within the last three months, a residential lease, a property deed, or military permanent duty station orders indicating assignment within this state, or other evidence of residency as permitted by the Department of Justice.
            (c) The firearms dealer shall retain a photocopy of the documentation as proof of compliance with this requirement.
That section was NOT amended to include long guns.
