I downloaded the movie through Flux player and it plays with video and audio but the picture is covered by a very dark green tint that prevents me from being able to see the video. Was just wondering if you've heard of this issue before?

I'd suggest that you try resubmitting to some of the Cable/satellite providers who arent currently airing Assaulted.
