    Arizona....you are doing it right!

Today an Arizona state senate committee approved SB1294, a bill that would virtually nullify all federal gun acts, laws, orders, rules or regulations. The vote was 6-3.

PHOENIX, February 10, 2014 – Today, an Arizona state senate committee approved a bill that would virtually nullify all federal gun acts, laws, orders, rules or regulations. The vote was 6-3.

Along with twelve sponsors and co-sponsors, Arizona State Sen. Kelli Ward introduced the Second Amendment Preservation Act in the Grand Canyon State. SB1294 prohibits the state from enforcing “any federal act, law, order, rule or regulation that relates to a personal firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition within the limits of this state.”

“We’ve sat back and allowed the federal government to trample the Constitution long enough,” Ward said. “We’re going to pass this bill and stop the state of Arizona from helping the feds violate your rights.”

I was in Phoenix all weekend, the clear blue sky and starkly different demeanor of people was incredible. Coming back to this crap hole was hard, and wouldve been ever harder had I stayed an extra day!

Really considering moving to Arizona. Got an offer for a promotion in Arizona. $25K annual salary increase. This kind of legislation makes it even more tempting. Time to start pitching the move to the wife.

Out-f'ing-standing! I hope this passes and has a chance to live and breath. Even if it's just a big "F You" to the gun grabbers, I love it.

I can add another reason I'm happy I moved here... Now if I just had money for all the toys I want.

HA! Arizona pawns Texas on so many levels, it's not even funny.

You can't even open carry a handgun in Texas.
