How hard is it to get a CCW? LA County?

I'm sure this has been answered a few times but I'm curious as to how hard is it to get a CCW if you live in Long Beach? I know it differs from county to county and I don't think I want one. But how difficult would it be?

    Thanks in advance!

So it depends on your address? And obviously have a clean record?

So if you live in Riverside (meth capital of the world), you'd be good to go? How about OC?

The chance of getting a ccw in LA is as much as filling a Unicorn tag for the season.

There's a decent amount of information on the LTC forum. The only ones armed in LA are the police and the criminals. Also, the occasional LTC holder from other counties that visit

So what you need to do, is just buy another house outside of LA county. That would be the easiest way of going about it. LIke I said, I don't have any reason to CCW in SoCal but I'm just curious.

Riverside and OC are not as hard as LA County

You can get CCW from city of Santa Monica, but you must be reside in the city and get shoot multiple times before they issue you.

LA..yeah probably not going to happen.

                        Orange..heard it was getting better.

Riverside county.... rural maybe, city probably not.

                        same for San Bernardino

Not a chance. I got shoot and survive, apply CCW got denied. Reason denial, California have more than enough law enforcement personnels to protect person. To add an insult, they advise re-apply when I got shoot again. Lol

Unfortunately, the house has to be your primary residence. Really no easy way around it. The choices are break the law or move to a different county.
