    Question on the CAL-DOJ form

    Question for the all knowing:

On the CAL-DOJ form there is a box where it asks "HSC No".
If he is coming into California(From AZ), in order to register his Off Roster pistol does he need one? (HSC) All the other firearms he has, he had prior to moving out of and back into Calif.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm going to guess you mean the New Resident form, http://oag.ca.gov/sites/all/files/ag.../ab991frm.pdf? - which does not ask for the HSC number (I think - crowded form!)

Also, says "Enter your California driver license (CDL), California ID (CID), or Military ID (MIL) number in the ID number box to the right. If using military identification you must send a copy of your permanent duty station orders stating you are stationed in California." which is odd, since .mil moving here are exempt from reporting guns moved here.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Thanks Librarian. I had the 'FIREARMS OWNERSHIP RECORD" Not the "New Resident Report of Firearm Ownership"

      My Bad.

      Thanks again.
