One of my coworkers is from Canada, and is a legal US Resident of California
His grandfather recently pasted away and wants to import the rifles he inherited into California
one is a Winchester 30-30, and the other is a bolt action 22 rifle
going by the US Customs and Border Protection website
Can he go to an FFL were they complete a Form 6 to the ATF for authorization? and if they receive the OK form them, can his brother (or does it have to be a firearms dealer in Canada?) ship the rifle to the FFL in California were they complete the paperwork and he waits his 10 days and pick it up?
