Funk Ammo-A Class Act

Like many of you, I ordered several MagPul magazine repairs kits in December so they would arrive before the ban. I ordered mine from Funk Ammo. I also ordered a couple a packs of limiters. They arrived before the 31st, but the box was short by one package of limiters.

I sent a couple of e-mails with no response, they were very busy and I guess they fell through the cracks. Anyway, I got a hold of the owner through a PM and he said he would take care of it.

Yesterday the mag blocks arrived and also enclosed was a small present for my troubles, a box of ammo. I didn't say anything to Funk to prompt that, he just did it on his own. I think that was a very classy thing to do.

OP, I think your experience with Funk is typical of their customer service and attitude. A while back I had an issue with one part of my order missing. Funk responded to my e-mail in less than 20 minutes and shipped the missing items that day. They are a first class operation and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Lucky you. My order was short 2 rebuild kits. 3 emails later and still no response. Had a few orders prior to that with no issue but I'm a little soured on them after this.
