I want to duracoat my Wasr ak47. I am probably going to go thru fsdefense (I live in Hollywood area). Was wondering what color people suggest? I dont think I want to go black maybe another color, because I hate the way the finish looks.

I really can't think of another color for an AK ! Other than Black!
Brown, Tan , Green etc may work for you !
Dura coat has lots of different black finishes ! I would suggest a flat or matte color as the AK is not polished enough for a shiny finish.
You could of course make the metal appropriate for a shiny finish, it would take some time though .
