This may have been covered before, but... I talked the wife into getting wall mirrors in transitioning hallways(stairways, main rooms, etc) to Ahhhh, make the space feel larger with the illusion of extra space via reflection. If you had enough ambient light, you could use household mirrors in the right sequence to gain the upper hand. I took a few practical, tactical routes through the house with my huge black Maglite w/trace laser grips to properly replicate a handgun or shotgun. Worked out pretty good. Mirrors are your friend...

What kind of rails are you planning on putting on your mirrors? I'm assuming you free floated them all?

Actually sounds like a legitimately good idea to throw off people not familiar with your house who happen to be inside of it when they shouldn't.
