A few weeks ago, I was shooting with some friends and we were discussing the culture that we all love so much.
One of the topics we talked about was how people who hate us gun folks are people that has very little education or experience in regards to firearms. Everything they know is based on what is seen on the news. Everything is focused on what is negative about the industry. Well, I've decided to try to turn things around.
Well, for the past few weeks. I have decided to start a lifestyle brand geared towards the art and sport of shooting. My goal is to elevate awareness to our culture and gain importance, recognition and respect that what we love is okay and if given the chance, it is quite remarkably enjoyable.
Basically, I want to be able to wear a shirt to my kids school and not have everyone look at me like I'm about to shoot up the place.
The brands name is called Dopesett.
The name is derived from the term Dope Settings. For you precision shooters out there, you know what I mean. :-)
Below is the logo and some of the designs that we are working on.
