What are your favorite reactive targets?

So I just finished filming an Iphone torture test and it looked pretty cool in slow motion. This got me thinking. What else would look really cool in slow motion?

What are your favorite targets (relatively cheap please) that react well when shot?

Do you just prop them up? Or do you have a stand for them? I have a couple plates and have been toying with how to use them as a target

I first just used leftover fencing/bailing wire. There atea biut 6 or 8 holes so i would string it through a couple and hang from branches on trees. Of course somewhat often rhr wires would get cut by shrapnel.

So I just recently welded on the back .5" chain at an angle. I now hand from tree limb or buikt a cheap wood saw horse to wrap and hang chain plates from . I have a few spare 4 inch long bolts to string a chain together if I shoot through a chain, I havent yet and its working very well.

Steel really needs to be free standing in my opinion to give a good ring.

Free steel plates are the best

chain is welded on a ridge where railroad track is guided on- its about a 1/3 down the plate which gives the plate a downward angle when shooting to help deflect into ground
