            This is most interesting. I can see this making 3d printing more useful.

                    The exciting thing about advances like this is that they lead to new uses and technology that even the machines inventor never could have imagined as different people find new ways of using them. The breakthroughs come when people move beyond using the new machines and materials in conventional ways and start to explore the boundaries of their capabilities. Cool stuff.
