      What do you consider an SBR parts kit? If just a short barreled upper that is fine. We can own AR pistols. It is on the purchaser to comply with all NFA rules.

              without a receiver its just a parts kit. It can be turned into an AK pistol. The new law covers magazine repair kits, so DO NOT send a magazine. The rest of the kit is legal.
