    Looking for Gun Dealer

I am sorry if this is the wrong thread, redirect as necessary, but I am looking for a dealer which knows the laws in Roseville and Sacramento area for transfer of a Russian SVT 40 or a Russian SKS. Every dealer around where I live either says they are illegal or they are legal. They are both currently in California and are not considered "Assault Weapons" in California. I would appreciate any help.

That is the problem for the SVT 40, It is not on the DOJ web site. I sat for some time with several dealers and they cannot find it yet they will not say, its illegal or legal. If you follow the flow chart its legal, the problem is, it has a mussel brake which is confused with a flash hider. Hence why I need a FFL who knows the law and will take it for transfer.

Have you tried showing a FFL this manual where the US Government classifies it as a Muzzle Brake.

TRICKSTER thank you once again. The page where it show the muzzel brake that is "Permanently Attached" is exactly what I need. All the Gun Shops think it is a threaded barrel.
