Looking for a Posting about self defence

I was reading about when to pull a weapon or not to pull a weapon if you feel threatened. There was a link from another web site, then turned out to be written by a LEO. It was quite long in length, but, has some very good, strong points and was well received here. Can anyone help me to find this discussion please. I've tried the search, but, must not be using the correct wording. thanks

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for.

But useofforce.us is an excellent overview of self defense law.

This is another good resource: What Every Gun Owner Needs to Know About Self-Defense Law.
