Reno Convention center show

Is this a worth while show? Or should I wait till the next Big Reno Show. Paying for gas sucks, but what can you do.

I've only gone to the Reno convention center show once and it was very small compared to the Big Reno show which I usually attend twice a year. Save your gas money and go to the Big Show in August.

My experience, with them so close together - if you go to the convention show you'll certainly spend some $$$, but regret it a bit when you go to the Big Reno show and find the "more & better" stuff.

Let's face it, by CA standards even a crappy NV show is great and we'd all find a way (and after the drive probably feel compelled) to spend money.

Nope, the one I attended last year was as small as the Cal Expo show.

I've never been to the gun show in the convention center, but didn't someone on this forum say that the convention center show has more "assault rifle" stuff than the Big Gun Show?

I have been to a few around here in norcal, and of course the big reno show... no comparison. I havent tried the convention center, but... I do know the big reno show is on par with the shows they have up in WA state... (Puyallup)... simply bad *** up there. Id wait till August. Errr... I AM waiting till August

Save your money. I live in Nevada south of Carson City and I quit going to the convention center show about two years ago. Pay parking and admission to cover the show in less than an hour.
