Trading firearms question (Can't find answer)!!

I am trading a long gun to a forum member for a AR and HK45. We both live in California. What is the best way to do this? I tried searching and I could not find anything.

It can be done via a "split ppt"

We've never done it before, so Julie will figure out how to get it done, and we'll hook it up.. Just got to get the specifics of the transaction so that we make sure we're in compliance for all parties involved.
