    Multiple impact bullets

I saw this and thought it was a great idea for an HD weapon,

By his admission, more than 80% of all shots fired in life and death gun battles miss. So it seems that now you're sending more projectiles downrange within that same 80%.

Then he says, "Multiple Impact Bullet's wide spread pattern automatically compensates for shooter error". If you want something that will assist in mitigating "shooter error" try training...

I'd pass on this "magic bullet".

You lose penetration by dividing up the mass of the bullet.
It doesn't seem to be multiple loose projectiles, but 4 tethered to each other.
What if one hits and the other 3 miss? Does the tether break?
I wonder if you can use it to decapitate someone at the neck?
The spread isn't much more than buckshot and looks like it's very expensive.

That definitely widened the shot pattern.

Yeah I was wondering about the penetration myself.

I have some specialty 12 ga rounds that are very impressive, albeit expensive.

Sounds like a bolo round, banned under state law.
