    LaRue Mounts

I have a question for you AR guys, if LaRue mounts are supposed to be so good how come so many of you guys are reselling them?, I'm guessing that you realized that they are not worth the money you spent on them and now you can't wait to unload them on to someone else who you have convinced that they are the best.

I have a couple, they are pretty darn good, I don't use them anymore, I don't mess with removing/swapping optics, but they aren't for sale either.......

Larue mounts work fine. It's all the sissies that don't want their safe queens scratched by the levers and don't make the levers tight enough.

I have a couple of Bobro mounts and those have a tendency to scratch the top of the rail.

ive sold them because i had duplicates of different mounts...or i wanted to swap to a different model.

Oh, and the Bobro's also don't have much of a surface for using feeler gauges to level your optic. And the levers stick out pretty far.

Only thing I like about them is they don't need to be adjusted. So for optics that I think I might move around, I use Bobro. Everything else will get a Larue.

I don't often see league red dot mounts in the wts section and if I do it's for almost the same as new.

I see way more American defense mounts for sale than I do larue mounts.

I have t-1 micro with a Daniel defense mount and I wanna rip it off every time I see it. Lights go on at home. Off at the range. Nice not having a screwdriver in my pocket.

As true as that may be, you're contribution was valid.

Optics @ range, go home, QD the optics off and then QD the lights on.

I have a Larue and a Burris. Both work well but I'll buy another Burris since it is about half the price.
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...

Do you even have an optic mounted, or are you simply stirring the pot? I got time, serious question. Not worth it? Depends where you shop & what you buy. I got an outstanding deal, I'd share the vendor but you seem like a douche or troll.
Yes I took the pic, no I didn't go swimming!
