    Joe's Tactical Supply

I am not ranting or angry. Even though some might be. I just wanted to warn people of my situation. On Aug. 17th, 2013 I purchased 4 Magpul M3 PMAG's (308WIN) which at the time of purchase were in stock. After 2 weeks of no magazines or correspondence I sent a very polite inquiry about my order. Aprox. 4 days later I got an email response saying they were on back order and as soon as they came in Joe Simmons (Owner) would ship them out to me. Well here we are in Jan. 2014 and no Magazines, no response to my emails. I have pretty much called it a loss and since it was done through paypal and so much time has gone by, there will be no refund. I would love my $100 back but am not going to loose sleep over it. Just wanted to post this issue so you guys could beware.

OP, have you contacted the supplier to see if you would be refunded? If not, perhaps you can communicate with the supplier to see if it's possible to get a refund or store credit for future purchases. $100 is a lot of money...
    Good luck.

I have and to no avail. Joe of Joes Tactical Supply will not respond. I have emailed him many many times and asked for anything he can do. I am the most easy going person and I know $100 is a lot of money but are more grey hairs worth it. Not to me. I believe in Karma and he has $100 worth of bad Karma coming to him.

I have and it's past the time frame for a refund.

UPDATE: Joe finally responded and said he would be refunding everyone who bought .308 PMAG's in 2013. How long it will take, who knows.

You sure Expertish isn't running the shop?

not sure who expertise is, and honestly I wrote it the money off so if it ever comes back it will be a bonus.

You're a better man than I, I would have Paypaled him and additional $20 and in the comments I would have put "deposit for firearm purchase", and gotten his Paypal account frozen.
