no reason why you cant sell them. Theyre not rebuild if its in one piece and pinned to 10 rounds.Visit my Channel "Steel On Target" on YouTube and subscribe. I post gun videos reg regularly.

There is a lot of gray area in the law. Some may say yes and others may say no.
What i would do is get a signed statement from the buyer stating that he understands he is buying pinned 10 round magazines and that removing the pin to accommodate more rounds is a felony.

If they're "pinned" then thet have been "permanently altered". They're good to go.Just a somewhat hypothetical question
What happens if I decide to pull the trigger and sell a rifle. I have 5 mags with it, all pinned at 10 rounds.
With the new law in affect, am I even able to offer the mags for sale with the rifle, or.........what?
Do I have them buy just the rifle and then I'm stuck hanging on to them?
thanksI use to be an anarchist but I quit that; there's too many rules.Comment
