    no reason why you cant sell them. Theyre not rebuild if its in one piece and pinned to 10 rounds.

      There is a lot of gray area in the law. Some may say yes and others may say no.

      What i would do is get a signed statement from the buyer stating that he understands he is buying pinned 10 round magazines and that removing the pin to accommodate more rounds is a felony.

        Just because the news laws say, if able to accept more than 10 rounds, and because the body is longer than 10 rounds.

        I should do a signed paper

          You can put a mag release on a bullet buttoned receiver....do we need signed paper for that too?

            collect the money, give mags to the buyer outside and then do the gun transfer

              If they're "pinned" then thet have been "permanently altered". They're good to go.
