Dicks Sporting Goods Sucks

So I heard Dicks had a sale on a shotgun I wanted for my daughter. I checked online and their website had removed all guns. I called and they will not advertise guns online, you have to walk in to see what they have. Good luck calling them.

That is too bad since I bought a couple of rim fire rifles from them.

I do not believe a store that will not advertise the items I want to buy deserves my business.

I will never buy anything from Dicks, guns, ammo, ski gear, tennis stuff etc, as long as they have this policy.

Dicks Sporting goods are the guys that jumped the gun after Sandy Hook. I wouldn't walk in there door to use the rest room. I'm glad you guys stopped going Dick. LOL. Sorry, I just couldn't resist.

The Employees at the Modesto Dicks store are idiots. No, incompetent. My wife tried to order a rifle, they took her money but never placed the order from the distributor. After two weeks, and still no rifle, and no record of the order, they refunded her money.

She bought the rifle she wanted at a real gun shop in Stockton, Outdoor Sportsman.

ye the one in huntington is just as bad, but they have sime cute girls there. i ordered a sig and cz rifle through there book and got refunded after 2 weeks

Maybe we need an anti Dick's sticky or something. It seems like every month or so someone posts about a) Dick's has an awesome price, should I buy it? or b) Dick's sucks because (fill in the blank).

Listen up people. Shopping at Dick's is like sending a donation to Sarah Brady and Diane Feinstein. Dick's threw us under the bus after Sandy Hook. Their actions made it look like honest, law abiding gun owners were equal to child murderers. If you support the Second Amendment, stay away from Dick's. If you shop at Dick's, you are a dick. If you feel like you have to shop at Dick's to save a few bucks, then save even more and don't buy anything. I would rather have someone not buy a gun than buying anything from Dick's.

I agree. Eff 'em, especially since they don't have ANY guns at the store near me. Their whole attitude after Sandy Hook made the decision for me.

We visited a Dicks, shortly after they moved in to Covina . My gf asked where guns were located . We were informed they would not carry them in southern cal.

Haven't been back since .
Are Dicks selling guns in so cal ? Or are these stores in more civilized areas of the state ?

Great! Why don't you take all that money you saved and join the NRA? If you are a member, why not upgrade your membership? I'm betting you aren't a member and aren't going to join. My guess is you'll just let the rest of us carry the load. Or did you already use the money you saved to help re-elect Feinstein?
