    Are my cleaning habbits good?

This is how I clean my rifles

    1) I recently tried Gunslick cleaning foam to get copper out of my bore works great! I let it sit for 15-20 mins and let the foam attack the carbon and copper.

    2) I use my bore snake coated with rem oil ( less abbrasive) on the brass brush, pull through 2-4 times.

    3) I use a makeshift bore guide for my Saiga. I use a old plastic pen body that is the same diameter as the 762. Stick into the bore to act as a guide. ( yes not the best, better than nothing)

    4) Then I take a rod and run it through with patches until carbon/fouling comes out.

    5) clean the action with rem oil or break free

Quick rinse or pots n pan mode? Heated dry, of course. Helps dry out the ammo I pre-wash in there too? My name is Ron Burgundy?
