    Worthless guns

Not 'worthless to me', But just plain old flat out worthless. Maybe we can trade trash. What's yours?

About a year or two or go I was given a rusted-solid Smith and Wesson .32 Revolver.

This gun was cleaned and attempted to repair by numerous people before it ended up back in my hands.

It's got no cylinder hold in pin, But has a cylinder! Barrel looks like it was beaten with pliers. Front sight is gone. Top-break latch is gone.

Gun is pitted and rusted all over, Absolutely nothing useful on it except for maybe the grips and hammer.

This thing is getting the cylinder shoved into it and given to a buy-back, Because it's just that damn worthless.

    Unless you want it

Two years in the ringer of amateur gun-smiths and cheap attempts to get it working - it wasn't worth a dime when it came out of the shed and it isn't worth that now!

Couldn't tell you when the damage to the barrel was done but I assume it was done in an attempt to get it open

I would also paint it glossy black and take it to one of those compensated firearm surrender events, er uh, I mean buybacks. Wait until they give you $200/handgun.

Yup, just make it look "evil" and wait for a buyback where you can get the most for it. Even if it's a $100 gift card to target and you never shop there, there's plenty of stuff you can get to use without spending your own money.

I turned down a free .25 Jennings auto.

Any gun has some intrinsic value. Except that one.

I'd trade it for this rust-bucket.

Tell them it's tactical and that gangsters can put multiple clips of HEAP rounds into it.

I was working for an estate after a woman died, and I went in one day and the house cleaner/factotum lady was beating on this little locked box.

I knew at once there was a gun in there, some type of gun radar I suppose, so I told her to stop banging away on the box and I opened it with a screwdriver.

Lo and behold, a loaded cheapo .25 with one in the chamber...

I unloaded it and gave it back. The trustee asked me if I wanted it, and I told her no thanks.

I still have the rounds rolling around in the change holder of my car.
