A complete spikes rifle with a 12 in SAR rail for $900 is an insane deal.

I called spikes about those same sights about a year ago. They were discontinued, but they were just rebranded Troy sights.

$400 for Troy/Spikes BUIS? Hell no, especially since Spikes has their own low profile sights coming out soon.

I never thought of Spikes as a collectable brand so I am not sure how anyone could demand double for Troy sights just because they say Spikes on them.

The sights are only worth what some people are willing to pay for them.

Here is my opinion.

I will pay $200 for some sights that will survive a hard drop, and EXTREMELY hard beatings. Witch im sure is what i would get if i paid $200 for them.

Now will i pay $450 for some (at one point comercially) available rebranded sights because they no longer make them? No and i feel that is utterly retarded. I would rather buy a Eotech or save it for a Elcan.

If it was a limited release item of only 25 made then i can see the point.

It's just Spikes. Nothing to really get excited about.

You did get a good price on that rifle though. I know someone that paid $1400 and it only came with MBUS sights.
