complete reciever or 80% lower now for 2014?

would buying a 80% ak receiver be better now instead of buying a complete receiver for 2014?
do you guys buy 100% receivers or buy flats and finish them yourselves?
is it better to save money and buy flats or just buy complete receivers?

Buy flat and bend. Might as well fly under the radar
when it's 100% legal to bend and build your own.
If you don't care about being on the books, by all means
buy and register 100%.
Flat $40, bending depending who you do it with should not be very much
and takes all of a few minutes to do.
