    Wallmart miss priced 357 Magnum

I just cleaned out the Wallmart off Antelope here in Sacramento, but they miss priced the Remington 357 100 round packs for 21.00. They were ringing up 44.00 but they price corrected them I dont know if the other stores are the same but thought id pass the word. Were else can you buy factory new 357 magnum hollow points at 63.00 for 300 rounds. Good luck guys!

One time I bought a 20 rd. box of Remington .223 at the Vallejo/American Canyon Wal-Mart and they had them priced wrong. So of course they had to honor the advertised price. I made a comment about wishing they had more than one box, and they said even if they did, they would change the price on the first box only. Lucky for you, you got a good deal.

It depends, I've gotten the odd deal on ammo they decided to blow out, $5 for a box of Blazer brass .45acp when Santa Ana stopped selling ammo. I saw some .32acp marked down to $1! All gone though.

I did get a $200 laser rangefinder for $25 once. This happens rarely but it can. They used to blow guns out too in the old days but I never git there in time and buying guns from WalMart is worse than doing a PPT at Turners, it was that bad.

$110 Mossberg riotguns in 1999 though, got in a big argument on that one when they wouldn't honor the marked price.

My best ammo deal was at K-Mart on a Black Friday once. I threw up a case of Winchester ammo. The total was like $4. I told the checker, "That is actually 10 boxes of that, not just one". She got pissed. Looked at it, said, "That is not what it is ringing up as." I told her one more time, "I know what I am talking about, that is 10 of those boxes."

She says, "Well they mislabeled them, so here you go."

I said, "Can I go back and get 9 more?"

                "No".

I think she was not happy to be working on Black Friday.

My brother went into Walmart to buy some .22 ammunition and spied some .22 shorts. He inquired as to the price of a cellophane wrapped brick of 500 and was told that it was $2.49. "No", he said, "That's the price for each individual box", to which the salesgirl replied, "Well that's what it's marked at, and that's the price". The computer agreed with the girl and spat out the same printout every time the tag was swiped.
He asked her a few times if she was sure there wasn't a mistake, and when he couldn't get any other price he bought every brick on the shelf.

If a store lists an item at a lower price than it rings up as they have to give you the lower price. It is a the law I believe.

I would like to see that law. It is my business and I don't have to sell you anything at any price if I decide not too. That might be a store policy, but I doubt that is law.

Let me ask you guys a question. If you gave the cashier $10 for something that costs $6, and she gave you change for a $100, would you keep it?

I honestly would not keep the money, no matter if it was only fifty cents. I would hate for a person to get fired for coming out short in an honest mistake.
