    Today was a good day

    A manly day...

Picked up the SKS my wife got me for Christmas, guy at the gun store gave me some free ammo for it, Walmart just happened to have some 7.62 x 39 @ $5-something a box, and when I got home there was a UPS box on my porch with some .22lr I ordered a while back. (Mini Mags at that)

I should probably tell the wife there's only one way to finish off this wonderful day.

I am a little sad, when I put this one in the safe I realized I may not be able to fit any more long guns in there. Don't know what I'll do when the lower that's in there turns into a rifle. Then the wife asked how many guns do I have, and if I could be done for a while.

Guess I should probably wait a little while to tell her I need another safe.

You already know the answer to all those scenarios.

My question is: Does your dog shoot?

            Sweet SKS!

Speaking of mini mags, I recently gave in and dug into my .22LR stash. I ran a few hundred rounds through my 22/45 MKIII. Super accurate.

I also received a nice package that I forgot about. 250 Rounds of 9mm Gold Dots 124GR +P, G19 magazines and complete G19 springs.

Well, I would save a heck of a lot of money on treats and toys, I'll tell you that.

              It'd be pretty lonely though.

                          Congrats!

I could be wrong (maybe it's the camera angle) but I swear the dog is winking in the pic...

Could be, when we were at the shelter looking at dogs he sat there doing that thing like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson does, where you arch one eyebrow... He was doing that with one side, then the other...

Totally won us over, and we didn't even notice a couple of his other "behaviors", just went "Awww, I want that one!"

He also has that Elvis, Billy Idol lip-curling thing down.
