    Escrow for out of state gun purchase

    Might purchase Cal legal handgun from Oregon guy but don't know him personally. Is it possible to have FFL in OR receive funds from me for purchase? I am not familiar with that state's laws so please clue me in.

      sure

      technically the guy will sell it to the dealer who in turn will sell it to you.
      You have to find a dealer willing to do all that, he will probably want to get paid a profit on the deal as well.
