    Long Gun DROS Question

I have two long guns DROSing now and I can add up to three more during that 30 day period.

Can I add another IF it is NOT from the same LGS where the DROS was initiated? (ie, from another shop under my current DROS.)

Can I purchase out of state and have my LGS, where the DROS was initiated, then add it to my current DROS? (I'd rather NOT do this, but I think it might be OK.)

    Thanks.

No, you can't have rifles at two shops under one DROS.

And it would be up to the FFL if they allow you to add stuff to your current DROS.

The FFL would be where the DROS is currently (my LGS), they stated I could add up to three long guns within 30 days. Now that it has been clarified, it would seem to be my LGS was referring to what they have in stock. This might also apply to an out-of-state purchase. I will contact them directly. Thanks.

An out of state purchase would most likely apply, but they generally charge a separate fee for receiving guns from another shop/person.
