About 3 weeks ago I ordered 6 mag repair kits for my Sigs. The package arrived 2 weeks ago, but with only 3 kits inside. The other 3 were missing even though the packing slip stated they were present.
I called, this was 7pm on a Friday night, no one was there to answer the phone. I went to the website and saw that there's a statement saying the best way to reach custom service is through web site mail. I left a message stating my situation and gave the order number.
I received a reply no more than 8 minutes later from the owner of the company himself. He stated that he will personally make sure I get the rest of my order ASAP. Lanbo's Armory is in Texas. The owner took time on a Friday night to reply to my email. The package was sent out Monday morning and I got it yesterday.
