ice amrs shipping issue ?

Did anyone here have a problem with ice arms not shipping out there order ? I order my bcg on the 12/13/13 and I contact them over the phone 4 days later and they told me it will ship out today or tomorrow. I waited for 2 days and still didn't receive any shipping confirmation. I contact them again and they told me it will be shipping it out 12/23/13 and update me the shipping information. Thursday 12/26/13 I still didn't get anything, so I emailed them again and they said it shipped out already and waiting for Colin update the tracking number. I still didn't get any information about my order today and they stop reply my email when I ask for tracking number. This will be first and last time I will order from them.
