    Gun buy back line jumping?

I've never been to a gun buy back held buy law enforcement.

Do civilians go down the line and try to buy guns before people turn them in for pennies? Is this prevented?

I have heard of it and saw it on tv from Seattle but have never seen it in person. I have been to a couple of them.

The ones in LA do not even allow people to get out of their vehicles or remove firearms from their vehicles. Only LAPD officers are trained enough to handle them.

Most of the turned in guns that I've seen were trash. I'm just curious after reading something in another thread.

You cannot exit your vehicle after you enter the buyback site, Be accurate, I have seen some nice c & r guns turned in and some nice modern firearms.

Same at some of the ones up north as well. Pretty much prevents people from trying to make offers from the sidelines.

Depends. You probably can't put up any signs other than maybe something you're holding in the air. There was at least 1 calgunner that got himself a shotgun from someone at a buyback, but like CSACANNONEER said, it isn't as if you can really do much in the way of window shopping to actually make an offer, and while there are some nice guns that end up going into the smelter, there's a LOT of junk.
