    San Jose FFL?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I need kind of a quick answer for a cal customer in San Jose.
Does anyone have an FFL that will transfer a single shot AR Pistol with BB and zero sled?
My customers FFL won't do it because he said if it's not marked pistol on the weapon he says it's not cali legal, I've tried in the past to explain these things to them but some guys don't want to or are afraid.
    Thank you

Are you sure? San Jose Gun Exchange (on Almaden Expressway) is transitioning to a new owner. San Jose Gun Trader is in the Burbank neighborhood, about 15 minutes by car away from the San Jose Gun Exchange, and a different entity. Now, it is possible that S.J. Gun Trader is also "transitioning to a new owner", but I had not heard that.

(Often, "transitioning to a new owner" means the previous owner lost their FFL, usually because agencies like the ATF or California DoJ no longer wanted them to have an FFL. Caveat emptor.)

Personally, I would start with Roger's Relics or RMB Enterprises; those are the transfer FFLs I respect most in the local area.
