Sending a rifle out of state?
I bought a Ruger 10/22. My son lives in Washington State. Can I mail this rifle to him via an FFL in Washington? I want to give it to him for Xmas. I don't care about the transfer since its my Son. Would be a nice surprise for Xmas. He's almost 40.
