Never mind the statute violation, he violated Rule 4 (Know your target and what's beyond it) and is lucky that he did not injure or kill someone in the neighbor's yard. He's an ignorant slob shooter that shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a firearm until he knows better.I'm retired. That's right, retired. He's a retard, and deserves what he gets. No way to know what is behind your target in a residential neighborhood like that, and I doubt he had a berm built up to catch the rounds, I have no more sympathy for him than the idiots who fire off rifles into the air on the 4th of July or New Years eve.Yes, I am an electrical engineer.
