    Re-bluing & Woodwork -- SoCal? Any suggestions?

Just like the title states -- anyone know of an outstanding re-bluer and woodwoker who can refinish older rifles and shotguns?

    Preferably located in SoCal.

Unfortunately, my guy is much too busy.

We don't do bluing, but we do fabulous woodwork. We do everything from "Russian Red" to ebony by oil stain and can do purples, blues, or deeper wood colors by alcohol process. Finishing is done with teak oil, tung oil, BLO, lacquer, or polyurethane, depending on what look you're wanting.

Hey thank you for the response. Unfortunately metalwork is my main concern now.

Try Duncan's. They do great work but it may take a while.

IDK, You could ask in the Gunsmithing Forum.....just saying...
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

            How about Techplate in Anaheim.

I drop off to the roll up door in the back of the business. They receive it, and you see the guy who does the plating.

Pick it up from there when done.
