Berretta 92 series vs the 90-two series

Is this basically the same gun, just dressed up more futuristic. Are they both all metal frame and slide. i can not tell from there web site. And im not seeing the 40SW caliber 92 series has this been discontinued.

I was wondering about getting the M1A1 version with the light attachment under the frame but do not see it in 40SW which i prefer. does anyone have one of these 92 fs series or the M1A1 version if so how is it as a comparison to a Sig or HK.

Both the same. Takes the same magazine. Can't understand why it's not approved.

The 40 cal equivalent is the model 96, I believe.

I have a 92 and an HK USP. I like the 92fs for two reasons...1) it has a regularly rifled barrel and can shoot cast lead bullets with it and 2) I have the Beretta 22 conversion kit for it allowing use of cheap ammo for lots of shooting.

Putting those two reasons aside, the HK is the better pistol and the better shooter in feel and accuracy.

The 90-two has a polymer frame.

The 90-two has an anodized aluminum alloy frame, with a polymer, one piece wrap around grip.

          Stolen pics.

It also has a factory recoil buffer.
