Psa shipped me parts kits with missing parts (1 upper and 1 lower parts kits). Both times they made it right by sending it to me with no hassle. I like that they are quick to remedy their problems.

Ya think? I mean, isnt that what forums are for? Otherwise, we would all be sitting here saying "Yup, mmmhmm, yup"

Oh yeah I know its gonna take some times, and I had no doubt PSA would be able to work out a solution thats satisfactory for both parties, but its still good to have a clearer picture on whats going on.

Another question: according to tracking, the package was bouncing between West Columbia, SC and Spartanburg, SC. and as of earlier this afternoon, it stated that the package was on its way back to PSA. But right now it shows that the order arrived at Doraville, GA about 5 minutes ago.

At this point, whats more like to happen? The package getting shipped back to PSA or would I have to return it later?

PSA sold me a 5.45 upper that would not stabilize any ammo that I shot through it - neither commercial nor surplus. Their answer to my repeated requests to "make it right" was - "Sorry. No returns, no exchanges."

PSA mind as well put out a sign that says " uppers for loan, no charge and free shipping round trip".

Everything I have ever ordered has taken at least a week to ship. That said, the rest of their service is pretty good. And yes, sometimes refunds take some time.
                  Sorry, not sorry.

This. Once they actually issue a refund to your card, it'll probably take 3-5 business days for it show up or post to your account, depending on your bank or card service.

Just need to be patient and follow up if you don't see anything in 10 business days from the time you spoke to them or from when they told you they would issue the refund.

I don't order from PSA ever and never will. I know a lot of people don't have issues but I've heard enough about their horrible service and response times not to want to bother with them, even with their pricing. I also don't think anyone should order from them unless they don't care when it shows up. Again, just from reading other's experiences. Not hard to find a pile of posts about them. No thanks.

I'm just shocked PSA actually sent something that fast! I buy a lot of stuff from them and that has never been the case for me.
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...
