So if pre schools are not included it the law would a continuation school be included in the law or is it only the K-12 schools?

Apparently, if you're under the age of 5 and older than the age of 18 you're fair game. The state only wants to protect the impressionable youth of the state. They will become voters one day. Notice that the law only protects those ages that are within the public shool range. This is very interesting. I'm thinking that there was some legal wrangling regarding private entities during the passing of these laws. Although, I do see language regarding private schools, it doesn't cover as much as public. YMMV.

Alot of pre schools have combo classes that also include kindergarden. There are also numerous state pre schools although they are usually located within an elementary school but not always. The risk/reward really is'nt worth it.

well, i am going to make sure beforehand but i think that this place is preschool only.

thanks for the correction on my previous statement of schools needing to be government owned, as private schools apply too.

No crap. I saw these little ( maybe 12-14 year olds and they were trying to stare me down. Pretty hard to intimidate me but they were profilin pretty hard attitudes. I remember when I was 12 and if I tried to stare down a adult my step dad would of slapped the stuffing out of me. Then he would let my mom finish the carcass when he was done
