In March of 2007,Mike Leighton stole a 35 year gun collection from Lee Leighton's home, his father, the guns were owned by Bob Leighton who has recites for all these fire arms.

Uh sounds to me like it was a family dispute, Mike Leighton being a meth addict and selling the guns (far under priced most likely) for meth money, Bob Leighton is dreaming if he thinks they will be sold back to him and at the same price. We don't know all the facts so we can't really say if Bob is not at all responsible..

We don't know all the facts but Mike is DEFINITELY a meth addict and sold the guns at far below market price. Definitely.
