Does anyone have a time frame on receiving their COE, in California, from the time they sent in the paperwork?

My first COE took a week. My renewal also took only a week.

I mailed my application by certified mail, so it may have sat around a couple days before anyone signed and picked it up. It was mailed on Nov 7, received on Nov13 and about Nov20-21 when I received the COE in the mail.Comment
