    What's the dust on Metroshot?

I emailed Pat months ago about sending some mags to his shop to have modified and he emails me back right away and says no problem, have them shipped to him.

I wait 2 weeks after confirmation of delivery, call them and Cesar (I think) tells me he was modifying them that day. Over the past two weeks, I've tried emailing Pat every day with no response. I've tried calling on Sat. or Tues. and it goes right to a fax machine.

Is everything ok over there? These mags were pricey...I kind of want them.

    Good luck

ETA: Did you make the mistake of shopping there and not being an LEO?

Are there enough LEO in one part of town to be able to carry a business financially? I would assume that private citizens would make a gun shop more money than an individual LEO.

Well I'm sure they are forced to sell to the hoi polloi now and then.

My experiences with Metroshot have been very good, the only problem I've had is I'm impatient and they were busy when I went in.

When I did get my turn everything went smoothly and the guys were polite.

He desperately needs a bigger shop though.

I don't want to turn this in to a bash/defend fest, I just want to know that they're around and if so, why don't the answer the phone on the two days that they're open?

Oh for sure i'm keeping it civil, this is typical of them and their customer service speaks for itself so i really don't have to say anything about them

Dang what did you buy some HK mags? I would be buggin too, if I was you. If all you are getting is a FAX machine, then send them a FAX or make a report to the BBB. Good luck with this.

What's the difference between shooting someone with 9mm and throwing your keys at them?

They might actually get hurt if they get hit with the keys...
