    Turner's makes good.

You know how it is, someone ticks you off so you make sure that you let everyone in earshot know just how displeased you are and what a bunch of jerks the offending party are but if they come around and make things right often times the person that spread all of the bad press never comes back and lets everyone know that it got resolved.

Case in point, the manager of the F.V. Turner's store gave me a call yesterday to let me know that they had in fact overcharged me and that my paper work now reflects a negative balance of $5.39 and that there were going to be some up and coming changes in the way they handle sales tax on transfers but that taxing PPT's was not going to part of the deal. This phone call was prompted by the e-mail that I sent to their corporate office the evening before. We had a nice talk and he agreed that while PPT's do drive business through his store and that sometimes the employees can get a little prickly, they have to deal with every knuckle head, mall ninja, jerk off that comes through the door and that sometimes it shows in their attitude. Being as I own and run my own auto repair business and deal with the masses everyday I can entirely relate to it.

All in all it was a good conversation and at least they did not blow me off and just sweep it under the rug.
