Lead ammo bill in CA

Ok sorry, I am not that bright. I have to ask to get clarification. I know this law does not take effect for a few years.
My question for clarification. I know once it takes effect I cannot hunt with lead ammo. I get that.
Does it ban the use of lead ammo on a gun range? I like to shoot 45 long colt and reload. Just curious if this will change that. I usually shoot them at a legal range.

Hunting only as far as I know. The big change was it included the whole state not just the condor areas.
