As a medic my first question is how I'd treat that.... guess I'd pack it with kerlex or gauze, tie a cravat or pressure dressing around it to hold it in then stick a tourniquete a few inches above it. Some Lactated Ringers or Saline solution injected IV for good measure as well.
Wonder how the people who treated him handled it.
Now back on subject to the Swiss Army AR.... Seen the pic before, but just noticed the best part: his keys are jiggling off the pistol grip. My dad actually shoots in a similar way..kind of..he shoots rifles standard left hand. But shoots pistols holding in the right hand aiming with the left eye.
