After reading this thread and being so encouraged that maybe after 1 year, rim-fire ammo may be available, I went straight into my local Turners and asked if they had any 22LR in? I walked to the register with 4 boxes of 50 CCIs and a huge smile.

Of course your results may vary

                Where in NC?

22LR is still hit or miss in stores near Charlotte.

                  Now, start planning.....start buying.
So that you will not get caught in the next shortage!

I got caught with my pants down in the primer shortage of 94.
Learned my lesson well. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  I am still shooting 22lr, that I paid $8 a brick for!

                  Take care

22LR may be more available, but it is still overpriced, even online. I'll be waiting until the price goes back down to where it should be. Lowest I've been able to find it is $.07 per round, and I refuse to pay that much. I stocked up a few years ago, haven't put much of a dent in that stock. I'll replenish it when the price point is where is should be.

Still have yet to score any .22lr here in WA. Besides the douche shop(Surplus Ammo and Arms, google them for price gouging comedy) across the street trying to sell his .22lr for $100+ a brick... Waiting for the day I score. Will defintely stock up on on rimfire this go around.

There was plenty of ammo in upstate NY when I was there in the end of June during the drought here so yeah I bet its fine. It's probably better since they can only have 7 rounds.......I need to sell my house back there
